Session Overview

HELD is a sacred touch therapy experience designed for those longing to feel safe, nurtured, and connected — in body, mind, and spirit.

Set in a stunning Balinese teak wood temple surrounded by ocean-view gardens on a 25-acre organic herb farm in upcountry Maui, this offering invites you to surrender into pure presence, trust, and somatic healing.

Each session is held by a minimum of 2 practitioners, offering fully clothed, non-sexual, trauma-informed touch in a ceremonial format that awakens nervous system regulation, heart connection, and emotional restoration.

What’s Included:

• Arrival ritual with herbal tea & intention setting

• 2-hour+ session held by 2–4 practitioners

• Gentle cuddling positions, back holds, hand-holding, or energetic touch

• Heart-opening herbal pairing to support grounding and emotional safety

• Silent or guided integration space

• Sauna & cold plunge available after session for full-body reset
