3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain security of your login credentials

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

  • Respect data privacy of your own customers

  • Avoid misuse of the platform, AI systems, or communications

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may:

  • Contain errors

  • Require review

  • Be influenced by provided data

Symbiont Intelligence is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
You are responsible for verifying information before using it professionally or publicly.

5. Intellectual Property

All Symbiont Intelligence branding, interface designs, systems architecture, workflows, documentation, and proprietary AI configurations are the exclusive property of Symbiont Intelligence LLC.

Clients own:

  • Their uploaded content

  • Their proprietary materials

  • Their business data

But grant us permission to store it and use it solely to operate the platform.

6. Payment, Billing & Refunds

Subscription fees and service charges are billed through secure third-party processors.
Unless otherwise stated:

  • All sales are final

  • Subscriptions renew automatically

  • Cancelation stops future billing but does not refund past payments

Custom agreements may override this clause.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities

  • Upload harmful content

  • Reverse-engineer our systems

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Misuse the platform to spam, harass, or defraud

Violation may lead to suspension or removal.

8. Limitation of Liability
